Apparently the quality of one of the photos I submitted for my label was not clear enough. A representative from Personal Wine redesigned a significantly better version of the picture for my label, which provides a very classy look!

My labels came out quite nicely and were very reasonably priced ... but took a VERY long time to arrive. Not only was the "promised arrival date" a full ten days after the order date (a seemingly unreasonable delay, in 2019) the labels didn't *actually* print until ... the "promised arrival date" and then arrived two days later. Worse, the staff at Personal Wine didn't volunteer any info about this delay - I only heard about some move-related problems when I sent them a note the day before the "promised arrival date" asking how my labels could arrive the next day when the website showed them as not even having been printed yet.
This website is awesome!! The design is just what you make it. Its a lot of fun, and adds that extra kick to your party! Its great for a laugh or for making a personalized gift.

I ordered the 3.5x4.5 inch wine labels with custom art on white. They arrived on time and the packaging was very sturdy. The labels were perfect. No imperfections, no blemishes, centered and printed just as the preview indicated. I was even able to run them through my laser printer to add some additional text I forgot when I ordered them.

I can't not gush over Personal Wine enough. They are amazing! Ordered some labels to use as a Christmas gift, they printed and shipped them with such a quick turn around, it's very impressive, but where they really shine is customer service. Being the busy holiday season my order was accidentally misdelivered by the post office. With a quick e-mail Personal Wine reprinted and expedited me a new order and it was at my door within 24 hours. And of course they are gorgeous... I will DEFINITELY use them again and would recommend to anyone considering giving a beautiful personalized gift.

I ordered labels and the service was great. A short time after placing my order, the office called to tell me I had misspelled a word, and wanted to make sure that they had it correct. Since I had made an error, I was very appreciative of their attention to detail. The labels arrived on time, and they look great.
