We take the best barrels of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon from the 2021, 2022 and 2023 vintages and make what we believe is the perfect blend. This has been one of our most popular releases in 2025. On the nose, the wine reveals a plethora of dark fruits such as Morrocan spice, ripe plum, blackberry and cedar. Expressions of floral notes with graphite speak to the historic vineyards from Napa where this wine was sourced. On the palate, the Andrawes Cabernet has a medium-to-full body, refined structure and softer style associated with a vintage wine that is reaching its apex of maturity. The tannins are finely textured, enduring and elegant finish. Flavors of blackberry, cassis, cocoa and vanilla persist to a balanced finish. Pairs well with rack of lamb, sirloin, rib eye, charcuterie and soft cheeses. This is also a perfect wine to consume over a cheeseburger or slice of gourmet pizza! Alcohol by Volume 14.5%
